Croxdale Fast Fit are an established autocentre who operate in six areas of the North East. The family-based business has been providing excellent service for motorists for over 25 years.

OUR STRATEGY
To meet our client's desire for a professional online presence, we recommended leveraging Editor X to craft a responsive website optimised for various screen sizes, including mobile, tablet, and desktop. We migrated their existing website to Editor X, retaining select elements from the original design.
To enhance the professionalism, we conducted a strategy meeting with Croxdale to revamp the site's identity and navigation, with the primary goal of simplifying the user experience for booking car services. Our collaborative efforts led to a streamlined website navigation plan. Our design team then executed this vision, implementing user-friendly and consistent design elements across all pages. We optimised the site for speed and efficiency by creating dynamic pages to showcase Croxdale's range of services.
Additionally, we designed dynamic branch pages to present branch information in a concise format. Customer information from bookings is all stored in the backend of their Wix website, which the team use for email marketing campaigns. Our team provided full training for Wix Email Marketing, to stop the need for third party apps.
We incorporated multiple APIs into Croxdale Fast Fit's website to ensure a robust user experience. When users input their vehicle registration, an API fetches accurate service prices, which can be easily adjusted by the Croxdale team. We integrated an API with the DVLA to gather detailed car information for accurate pricing based on the user's input.
Another API with the DVLA provides tyre information, enabling users to quickly find and order the right tyres via the website. We implemented an online booking form that carries over the customer's car details. Users can also provide contact information and branch preferences for seamless booking. Upon submitting a booking request, the respective branch receives a triggered email, streamlining the booking process. This strategic approach has resulted in a user-friendly, responsive website that enhances Croxdale Fast Fit's online presence and provides a streamlined booking experience for customers.

They wanted to modernise their online appearance and streamline their operations such as storing contacts and booking vehicles.

These APIs fetch essential vehicle information, making it easier for customers to access accurate service pricing and book appointments seamlessly. By centralising customer data within their Wix website, the Croxdale team now runs targeted email marketing campaigns directly from the platform, eliminating the need for third-party apps. We also created a robust booking system where customers can input their vehicle details. Integrated APIs fetch precise pricing and vehicle information, simplifying the booking process.
